A WOMAN WITH A UNPAYABLE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE DEBT

Line Spacer

The writer of a blog post I located about an IRS dilemma. She complained that she owed the United States almost 25,000 dollars and that with interest and penalties there appeared to be no anticipation of seeing the debt ever resolved.

THE INTERNAL REVENUE IS BARRED FROM TAXING OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

This person should consider that we have a absolute right to life and the government can’t tax rights; or our very right to stay alive. Most individuals don’t know this though, including the Internal Revenue Service personell.

THE PAYMENT PLAN BIT THE DUST

This blog author wrote that to start with they tried to make monthly payments and that when that did not work out the United States levied their paycheck leaving them with just $400 dollars monthly to survive on.

THERE IS A WAY TO PUT ON HOLD IRS WAGE GARNISHMENTS

This would have never happened if this taxpayer had identified how to get an Internal Revenue levy stopped using the study package I call the IRS Terminator package developed around 26 U.S.C. 6330. Had she known about it she could have read up on how to ask for and win a Collection Due Process Hearing, utilized what she learned, and all tax collection activity would have come to a halt; including the levy of their wages.

Since she didn t know about the provisions of 26 U.S.C. 6330 to stop an IRS wage garnishment she resorted to an ad in the paper for Harrison Grave claiming to help people stop an IRS wage garnishment. She writes that they went to see them, not knowing that this was not even their official office but a interim leased office. She says that they were told it would cost total of 2,000 dollars for help. She says they were troubled and did not know what to cialis dosage do, so they approved to let Harrison Grave aid them and began making payments to them to help get the IRS levy released.

ORGANISATIONS LIKE HARRISON GRAVE WORK WITH THE IRS IN PREFERENCE TO YOU?

Here is something I know about organizations like Harrison Grave that this woman did not. In Houston, Texas on July 12, 2005, Steven T. Miller, Commissioner TE/GE gave a speech to IRS Tax Forums saying the following:

“I want to salute our partners who have been such a big help at these forums. I want to thank, in alphabetical order, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.”

Mr. Miller informed the CPAs and other tax professionals in attendance that he wanted to provide assistance to them and that the help he was promising would take the shape of continuing to upgrade the IRS’s electronic and information services, updating the Service’s computers, and vigorously enforcing the law against the dishonest few who threaten the integrity of their/our industry.

This makes it look like compelling confirmation that companies like Harrison Grave are really the IRS’s partners in collecting taxes. Maybe this is why no steps were taken by them to end the IRS levy.

This blog creator, whom I would deem to be a victim two times, once to the Internal Revenue Service and once to Harrison Grave, explained what came of their misadventure. She tells that they submitted the information Harrison Grave needed to begin the course of action and after nine months they still did not hear anything from the Harrison and Grave office. Of course, she recounts that they started ringing their phonesasking for an update on what was going on. She recounts that they gave them the run around. She recounts that she even travelled to their office in North Carolina to see them and still got no results. She wrote that Harrison Grave took their $2,000 and did nothing for them. She recounts that she called them and told them that the IRS was still levying their paycheck and that they said “We have a special team working on your case to stop the Levies.” She recounts that she felt that was a deception and after the IRS levied their second pay check that she knew Harrison Grave was a joke.

Sad stories such as this are why citizens in a position of having overdue taxes, unfiled returns, or returns filed under what is considered by the mainstream as a bizarre theories of law such as a Cracking the Code return should prepare by studying in advance how deal with a notice of levy.
